Allergen Information
@me_baked kitchen works with and handles all 14 common allergens, while @me_baked makes every effort to ensure there is no cross contamination this cannot be guaranteed. In particular anyone who is coeliac should not consume products from my kitchen as while I can make cakes with gluten free ingredients I do not have a separate works space or utensils for this purpose and cannot guarantee however much I clean that there wouldn't be gluten particles.

Every Birthday cake or Celebration cake that leaves @me_baked kitchen will have attached to the packaging an allergen label which will detail the allergens contained in the cake.

Often venues will ask for a complete list of ingredients and this will highlight to them which allergens are present and they must display this somewhere. It is important to know whether any of your guests have food allergies.
