It helps get a quote together quicker if you can put in as much detail as possible about what you require. Please note that we do not copy other cake makers work but we can use any pictures you send as inspiration.

For birthday cakes and celebration cakes I have a minimum order of £130. The final price will depend on the level of decoration & finish required

Vegan and free from gluten cakes are available email me to enquire ,
however please remember @me_baked kitchen handles gluten
and animal productsin the kitchen, therefore these are suitable for
dietary choices only, these items will not be suitable for coeliac sufferers.

A few notes :-
For birthday/occasion buttercream cakes I use as standard Swiss meringue buttercream which has a luxurious feel & taste. If you wish American buttercream please say so. If you are looking for a cake that will sit out for a few hours, ganache finish is recommended.While I do work in fondant it is mainly for wedding cakes, however if you wish a quote for a fondant covered birthday cake please say so in the form.
Consider the flavour of sponge you would like (some are more expensive to make than others), whether you want an additional filling (curd, ganache, caramel etc) as well as buttercream.
If you are looking for something special for your birthday/occasion cake flavour, but you are unsure and would like some guidance, please ask.
External decoration can vary widely from hand painting in buttercream or on ganache, using wire art, dried flowers, edible mediums, fresh flowers (these will not include any which are toxic, this includes baby's breath, cherry blossom, delphinium, eucalyptus to name a few) acrylic charms & toppers, card toppers & charms as well as infinite sprinkle choices.

Delivery
For an additional fee, depending upon my workload I may be able to deliver your Birthday cake / cupcakes / traybake / macarons, this however is not guaranteed, so if you think you require this please ask. The areas included in this will be Edinburgh, Portobello, Dalkeith, Musselburgh, Prestonpans, Port Seton, Longniddry, Aberlady, Gullane, North Berwick, Haddington & surrounding areas.

@me_baked knows that customers are concerned with their carbon footprint and reducing waste. Where possible I use recyclable and compostable packaging. The cake box you cake is collected in is 100% recyclable as are the cake boards. @me_baked will endeavour to remain as eco-friendly as possible.
